Shakilaشاكلة
A free Arabic tool that shows how you work with AI: what you hand over, what you keep your hand on, and what you never delegate.
shakila.ahmedyassin.me ↗Why
Most AI advice tells everyone to work the same way. People do not work the same way.
Copying someone else's AI workflow usually means copying their strengths onto your weaknesses.
Shakila places a person instead of grading them. It is a positioning tool, not a competence test.
How
Grounded in research
The axes come from published research on trust in automation and technology adoption, not from opinion.
Forced choices
Most items make people choose between two things, so nobody can rate everything as important.
Deterministic scoring
Scores are computed on the server with no language model involved, so the same answers always give the same result.
No fake benchmarks
There is no comparison to other people until 200 real responses exist. A benchmark built on a handful of people would be fiction.
What
- 38 items: 30 forced choices and 8 rating questions, then 3 open questions
- 6 axes, 8 working types and 4 operating layers
- A 14-task map of a marketing week, showing what to delegate and what to keep
- A shareable report with a print and PDF version
- Reliability statistics and CSV export for the owner
- Arabic first, right to left
Impact
By numbers
Shakila is in pre-launch and collecting interest before it opens. Response numbers get published once there are enough real ones to mean something.
An idea people would budget a quarter for can be live and in front of real users in two days.
